May 23rd, 2024 – MULTIPLIER EVENT IN VILNIUS, LITHUANIA BY OUR PROJECT PARTNER VRC

This week, we kicked off with a flurry of experiences and insights from our sports and empowerment initiative.

On May 20th 2024, we presented the results of the Erasmus+ international project “Sport Empowers EU” to sports organizers, physiotherapists, and other physical activity enthusiasts working in the field of integrating people with disabilities.

We discussed the impact of sports activities on the empowerment of people with disabilities, sharing practical tips on inclusion and adapting sports activities for everyone.

A big thank you to those who gave presentations and shared their stories: Jurgita Veliulytė, Rasa NorUst, Nerijus Venckus, Ernestas Marciulionis, and the Panevėžys Region Association of People with Disabilities .
